However, there are some good books on spiritual disciplines that relate to this topic. The idea is to keep it simple and encourage people to make regular use of the ordinary means of grace. Two books that I like on spiritual disciplines (which are ways to make use of the means of grace) are The Disciplines of Grace by Jerry Bridges and Spiritual Disciplines for the Christian Life by Donald Whitney.
